1. Hello Mack, I am currently having possum problems too. I am using a trap, that I bait with apples. When a possum is caught in the trap, I call the possum man to come and take the trap, relocating the possum back to the countryside. You could call the RSPCA (Animal Welfare) as they would be able to remove the Mother and her babies. Possums are terribly destructive and don't belong in housing estates or suburbia. They are also very territorial. You may need to consider enclosing where they are getting in, by using wire mesh.
