Why Isn’t The Air Conditioning In My Ford F150 Blowing Cold Air?

The compressor and fan are working fine, and there’s 35lbs of pressure in the coolant. The two heater hoses going into the coil behind the glovebox in the dashboard are very hot. Changing the HVAC settings inside on the dash will make either heated air or outside air come into the cab, but no refrigerated/cool air. All the mechanical parts seem to be working fine.
Whats The Name Of The Unit In The Dashboard Of An Automobile That Controls The Air Condition And Heating?

Its in the middle of the dashboard and is usally underneath the radio.
I need one for my 2003 f-150 beacuse by other one is busted!!
