Lighter Fell Through Air Condition And Heating Vent In Car. Will In Get Hot And Explode?

I live in Mn and it is 4 below without the windchill. I couldn’t get my lighter to lite so i but it in between the vents. It fell through. Tried to get with tweezer but couldnt get it and fell somewhere. Should I be worried? Pontiac sunfire 2003. Thanks Dan

The compressor and fan are working fine, and there’s 35lbs of pressure in the coolant. The two heater hoses going into the coil behind the glovebox in the dashboard are very hot. Changing the HVAC settings inside on the dash will make either heated air or outside air come into the cab, but no refrigerated/cool air. All the mechanical parts seem to be working fine.

i have a 1200 sq. ft condo with one bedroom (about 144 sq. ft). that is freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. the room has one vent that is fully open. i have tried closing off the vent in the laundry room and a small bathroom, but that does nothing to help. nobody seems to know how to fix this problem. some have said they could put another vent in the room. then others have said that wouldn’t make a difference. someone else told me my a/c unit is not big enough for the size of my condo…which is b/s because everyone else in my complex has the same size a/c unit as me and they don’t have the same problem as me. in addition, the window in this room faces north/south and there is a tree outside the window too. can anyone tell me where to start? i have a friend moving in next month and don’t want her sweating to death in the hot texas heat! thanks

My air conditioning is only cold sometimes. Usually when I am going fast it will be cold and then when im going slow, it’s warm air blowing out. It’s weird because sometimes when Im stopped it’s still cold. And my heat is acting up also. Randomly, I’ll be driving on the highway 20 minutes into my trip and it will become cool air instead of hot. And then five minutes later, it will become hot again. It doesn’t make sense!

Why Do Churches Have Air-conditioning/heating When They Only Use It For An Hour?

My church has air conditioning and heating and the church gets really cold in the Summer with it on, but after mass if you go in it gets really hot and they only use it whenever theres a mass, I mean instead of wasting air for only 1 hour, why not just open a window? My Church always shuts it off after mass, but then it gets extremly hot. Is there any explanation for church Air Conditioning?
